Somehow, this ends up in a slightly different category from my Rock the Vote issues, since it's really just a clever version of capitalism at work.  (Go to the Starbucks for the free cup of coffee, stay for the muffin and the pumpkin pie latte.)  I do agree that making a big, fat, hairy legal issue of the giveaway is beyond retarded.  My biggest problem with it is that I have to wear the stupid "I Voted" sticker to get the freebie.  I don't like the stickers--to me they're like the Liberal Democrat version of not washing off your forehead on Ash Wednesday.
